Can we talk? - just past Valentine's Day
He's been thinking about Valentine's Day and what Johnson had said day and night. Enough so that others were noticing. Including Johnson. But it's new and so new to him and Ro isn't sure what to do. He could say it, but he fears he might hurt Johnson and could really screw him up. Was it fair to Johnson? Ro was so new to this all and he had so many feelings but what if it was because he was new?
He didn't know and he didn't want to screw this up.
If he hadn't already by not saying it back that night. Fuck, but it had been so well thought out by Johnson and now Ronowski that he didn't know what to do, or think. Except one thing.
He saw God get up and head away for some reason and he took his chance, sidling up to Day's desk. It was late in the day and maybe he could make this work.
"Hey, I was wondering... I mean, could we maybe grab a drink after work? Just you and me? I kind of have something I need to talk to you about."
